2. Free AI Services

The AI-generated content provided by sharkwriter.ai is entirely free of charge and not subject to any fees or payment requirements. Therefore, no refunds apply to the AI content generation feature.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable to paid services where an Editor has been engaged to refine and release the content. Refunds are not available for any content that has been delivered or released to the customer in its final form after the Editor’s review.

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The Editor has not started working on your request.
  • The content has not been finalized, released, or otherwise delivered to you in an editable or viewable format.
  • Technical or billing errors resulted in unintended charges.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • The final content has been edited, released, and delivered to you.
  • Dissatisfaction with free AI-generated content, as this feature is free of charge.
  • Delays or errors caused by your failure to provide necessary information or instructions.
  • Minor discrepancies or subjective dissatisfaction that do not impact the usability or accuracy of the edited content.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support within 14 days of the payment date.
